Basic rules and agreements

• Entire place for your employees exclusively, from 9am to 5pm.
• For security and privacy reasons, every employee attending should be able to identify themselves as an employee for your company
• If you wish your clients, suppliers, or any person outside your organization to attend, please inform your Café owner in advance
• No Smoking
• No alcoholic beverages will be served before 5pm unless agreed otherwise with the host
• You will only pay a fee when booking, no rental rates. Team work café will provide an invoice to your company after your booking has been made
• Regular agreement: Hot and cold beverages will be invoiced to your company. For Lunches you can decide to pay the full amount, 50% (other 50% to be paid by your employees) or the employees pay their own lunches.
• Café invoices will need to be paid within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed with the Café owner.

Cancellation Policy

Team Work Café will refund 100% of any booking fee in case of lockdown or government restrictions.

In regular circumstances:

• Cancellations up to 15 days in advance: 100% refund of the booking fee
• Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days in advance: 50% refund of the booking fee
• Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: no refund + the café owner can invoice you up to €300,- + VAT for potential expenses made to host your organization.
